Question: why does software consulting exist. what value does it add to the existing business.
i would like to invite some ideas towards this thought : something where vacuum and opportunity exists....
there are a lot of qualified ppl on dependent visas who are not working to their max/best capacity. how do we tap this workforce in a manner that could result in some legal economic benefit.
